About me
My name is Isis Navarro. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's and Master's simultaneously in Information Technology Management (ITM). I enjoy working on projects that combine creativity and problem-solving. I am a creative student leader with experience in photography, visual storytelling, and organization branding. My work focuses on creating polished content, promotional materials, and engaging visuals for student organizations and campus communities.
This site highlights my photography work and flyer design projects created for SHPE, ALPFA, and Photo Club. It is built as a full stack Next.js application with a database-backed project manager to support create, read, update, and delete functionality.
Creative Work
My work includes flyer design/ Graphic design, photography, event visuals, and social media content created for student organizations, campus events and newsletters. and I have experience in visual storytelling and creating engaging promotonal materials and initiatives
Leadership
I have taken on leadership roles in multiple organizations, including vice president (Association of Latino Professionals for America), public relations director (Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers), and president (IIT Photography Club). all of which involved voulnteering my time and skills to support the organization and its members
Full Stack Build
My portfolio uses the Next.js ecosystem with Prisma and PostgreSQL to manage persistent project entries and bookings through full CRUD functionality. Overall reflecting my growth in front-end development and allowing me to combine my technical skills with my passions for creativity and leadership.
